A JOURNEY IN THE GARDEN is a site specific project made for the Fine Arts Garden of Porto. The artist lives for three days inside the faculty fences, hiding from the security, sleeping in the garden and exploring the place in the moonlight. The work questions the different uses of a place and its elements, and how these usages can change the space's morphology even without physical alteration.

The performance is documented by the use of a notebook and a disposable camera.

Later on, photographs and notes from the journey are elaborated in a collection of stories: A JOURNEY IN THE GARDEN - THE CHRONICLES, imaginary chapters inspired by true events, that offer a different interpretation of a daily living space.
